Who we are
EARNZY Corp operates the Stacked youth travel baseball program. This policy explains what information we collect through this site and program, why we collect it, and the rights parents and guardians have on behalf of their player.
Players are minors
Players in this program are between the ages of 16 and 18. We do not knowingly collect information from any child under 13. All tryout applications and program communications are addressed to a parent or legal guardian, not to the player directly.
Parent or guardian consent
A parent or legal guardian must submit the tryout application on behalf of the player and must check the consent box at submission. By checking that box, the parent or guardian confirms they are authorized to share the player's information with EARNZY for the purposes described in this policy. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us at the address below.
What we collect
Through the tryout application we collect the player's first and last name, age, position, batting and throwing hand, city and state, and an optional highlight video link. From the parent or guardian we collect name, email, and phone. Through the newsletter form we collect email only. Standard server logs may capture IP address and browser metadata.
How we use it
To evaluate tryout applications, coordinate program logistics, communicate with the parent or guardian about the player's participation, and send program updates the parent or guardian has opted into. We do not sell personal information. We do not use player information for advertising to the player.
Who we share it with
Program staff, coaches, and instructors evaluating the player. Service providers who host our site, email, and forms, under contract to handle information only as we direct. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention
Applications not selected are retained for up to one season and then deleted. Rostered player records are retained for the duration of participation plus a reasonable archival period. A parent or guardian may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
Your rights
A parent or legal guardian may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their player's information at any time, and may withdraw consent for continued processing. We will respond within a reasonable period.
